Planning your ATV adventure in the Pikes Peak region? Here’s everything you need to know— policies, prep tips, and what to expect on the ride. If you don’t see your question below, feel free to contact us!

How long is the tour?
We measure our tours by the smiles and the miles! Your guide will pick the best route for the experience level of the group. Each tour is roughly 30 miles of trail! All our tours are a minimum of 4hrs. This includes setup, delivery, your tailored tour, and we do all the cleaning!

How old do you need to be?
All ages welcome! We allow passengers of any age, old or young. You must be 16 years or older to operate a single-rider ATV. For passenger vehicles, you must be 18 years or older to operate.

What should I wear?
The only thing we require is closed-toe shoes. Dress for your comfort, and dress for the weather! We recommend a facial covering to keep out the dust. If you don't have one, don't sweat! We have them available for purchase in our office.
No Sunday Best, we're going to get dirty!
What should I bring?
You can bring anything you like - cameras, an extra layer, or a cooler full of snacks! The only prohibited items are alcoholic beverages and THC products.
If there's anything you forget, we offer rentals and refreshments in our office.

We put the "hound" in Rockhound! Furry friends are welcome - call our office staff to pick the best accommodations for your pup!

How much should I tip my guide?
Thank your guide by tipping! Industry-standard is 10%-30%. Gratuities for your guides are not included in the price of your tour. Please tip your guides at your discretion based on their professionalism, care, and service.
